The nature strongly interdisciplinary of astrobiology needs coordination and combined development of various scientific disciplines and respective research programs. The association resolves integration and sharing of scientific knowledge.
The main objectives are:
- to promote the progress of Astrobiology knowledge;
- to promote and coordinate the fundamental and applied research;
- to stimulate the collaboration between various scientific disciplines;
- to Promote and favor the relationships with other international organizations;
- to set-up relationships with analogous associations;
- to favour the development of new technologies for terrestrial and space applications;
- to promote new methods of search signs of life;
- to promote and coordinate activity of high educations;
- to promote meeting and conferences;
- to favour the sharing of knowledge for educational aims;
- to protect the interests of the Astrobiology and its members.
